Various activities for flag day marking November 28 are envisioned in almost all municipalities in Kosovo.
Activations begin with prayers that will be performed at the martyrs ' graves to continue with other activities.
Albania declared independence on November 28th 1912 in Vlora. The first prime minister was elected Ismail Qemajli, who also led the process and ceremony of declaring independence.
In the declaration of the declaration, Albania's borders included Albanian lands that today do not belong to geographic Albania, but that at the conference in London, Albania received more than 60% of its territories.
