No other word refers either to the failure of Kosovo's membership in Interpol, nor to how much this impact can have on the fight against terrorism, organised crime and other phenomena.

It has further recalled how Federika Moghrini, after the dialogue summit on November 8th, had said that “Kosovo and Serbia should provide an adequate environment for dialogue and refrain from words, deeds and measures that go against the normalisation spirit”.
“The EU five of Serbia and Kosovo soon to testify to their commitment to dialogue given direct links between the comprehensive normalisation of their reports and the concrete perspective of their” EU aspirations.
