Double retirement is prohibited with an administrative guide, but despite that, this ministry has allowed that. Some public officials have stated this in the annual revenues of the anti-corruption agency.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Management uses double standards, allowing certain categories of pensioners to enjoy the pension of others to be denied that right.
The administrative guidance issued by the former government specified clearly that each person should choose a pension, but does not allow the same person to receive double retirement.
