In a letter sent to Kosovo Assembly deputies, KDI calls on Kosovo lawmakers to contribute to the current situation with concrete recommendations and actions to address these developments and restore the normality of civic and institutional life.
“given the role and responsibilities of the MP and the parliamentary group, we through this direke letter urge you to engage either in the individual capacity or parliamentary grouping to call the extraordinary session”, it says on paper.
In contrast, Serbs today protested in northern Mitrovica and four mayors of Serb majority municipalities resigned, warning break-up of communication with Kosovo institutions in terms of revolts over the 100 per cent tax decision on Serbian goods entering Kosovo.
