On Thursday, Uxbridge's Gykata was found guilty of overstepping the alcohol line.
Japan's media reported that police were allied by a bus driver who smelled alcohol on the pilot.
The 42-year-old who was making the trip to Tokyo caused 60 minutes late on the Japanese airline.
