Croatia does not support the idea of restructuring the border between Kosovo and Serbia, as it does not believe such correction would make the region more stable. So Croatian Ambassador to Kosovo Marija Kapitanovic has stated during an interview with the newspaper “Voice”, adding that otherwise such an initiative could cause additional issues instead of solutions.

“As far as correcting the borders from the point of view of someone coming from a country that experienced a difficult past, we don't think this is the best possible solution”, the Ambassador Kapitanovic has suggested.

During this interview the European Union's newest state ambassador (BE) has also talked about the free movement of Kosovars in the Schengen area.

The Croatian diplomat in Kosovo says the process has gone to consultations among member states, not being able to say whether Kosovars in the near future will move without visas to the EU.
