The detainees' lawyers have warned they will file complaints at the Appeals over the 30-day detention appointment by the Constitutional Court.
The court has approved special prosecutor Syle Hoxha's request, which earlier stated that the court has sufficient evidence to establish such a move against the three suspects.
I have applied for the detention measure to the three suspects. So, after all, there's enough evidence for basic suspicion, I asked for the detention measure. That's why you're aware of this, and I'm going to put Judge”, prosecutor Hoxha has declared.
Regarding the delay in holding this session, Hoxha has claimed it happened because the defenders of the suspects have been delayed.
“The reason for the delay was the host of defences”, he stated.
Unlike today, the Pristina Foundation Court, namely Judge Arben Hoti, has closed the hearing on the security action's appointment of three arrested in the Ivanovic case.
In a telephone conversation, the judge of the preliminary case, Arben Hoti, said that monitoring is not allowed at these sessions.
“This is the preliminary session, no monitoring is allowed at these sessions, EULEX representatives we have left because of the mandate they have“, Hoti told KALLXO.com
During the day, three people have been arrested in allegations that they are involved in criminal work, grave murder”, while another (1) person has been arrested for resisting and preventing police officials during the investigation and arrest of suspects in question.
For the murder of Oliver Ivanovic according to the Kosovo Police and Prosecutor's Office is also suspected of being vice president of the Serbian list Milan Radojic, who after raiding his home by Kosovo Special Police Units under Special Prosecutor's supervision has not been arrested.
