Cold weather in Kosovo, temperatures below zero

Cyclonic vortex from the Atlantic is passing over our region, where rain is taking time after time. As cold arctic measures spread from the north over the region, where during today's night, with temperatures dropping, rainfall is expected to turn into poor snowfall that will continue for the early hours of the morning.

However, snowfall is not expected to last, for with cold air measures, anticyclonic fields will extend, which on Friday will also favor clarity.

In the next two days, we are expected to have a more dynamic weather, which will affect the improvement of air quality, but with the extent of an anticiclonic field, it is not designed to have enough air flow, so Friday day on the air quality index values will be passed into unhealthy.

Air temperatures will suffer significant declines, below average value. Minimals will descend from 0C to -7C, while maximums will be fluctuated from +1C to +2C, and will increase to +5C at the weekend.

According to Pristina Weather, it will blow the average powerful wind from northeastern 5-11m/s. Atmospheric pressure will rise above normal values.
