Caday-Bujupi: Child extensions increase

Kosovo Assembly MP from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Donika Cadaj-Bujupi, who has initiated the adoption of the resolution on the additions of children, has suggested that this resolution will begin to be implemented by 2019. She told the newspaper “The new age” that the additions of children are possible [...]
She told the newspaper “The new age” that the additions of children are likely to increase in the coming years with budget growth.
According to Cadayt-Buyup, it is very important that this issue has been welcomed by citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who for the first time in post-war Kosovo achieve a universal right for their children.
“We are strongly convinced that Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj will implement the resolution by 2019, as requested at point 2 of this resolution. It is only an initiative that will likely grow over the years with budget growth. It is very important that this issue has been welcomed by citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who for the first time in post-war Kosovo achieve a universal right for their children. If you remember, we started pensions with 24 euros a month, and now it's over 90 euros after the last decision made by Prime Minister Haradinaj, with basic pensions being increased by 15 percent, while contributing pensions for 10 percent”, Kadaj-Bujupi stated.
It has shown that by means of this resolution, the Parliament requires the Government to draft and implement legislation on sharing additions for children.
Also, based on this resolution, the amount of additions for children will be classified in light of relevant criteria, including family revenues, parenting employment and child age.
