Brnabyt letter to the countries of the world: Pristina misbehaves

Serbian media report that in the government's statement, Brnabic reportedly wants with this letter to show that power breaks “overall and in finance is violating all agreements reached, regional initiatives and international agreements, even documents which the current institutions (so Serbia calls Kosovo institutions) which they themselves have adopted, as is the Constitution of Kosovo”.
