Florida police in the United States have arrested a criminal, but the whole world is talking about his neck.
It's Charles Dion McDowell, 31, who was arrested on November 11th this year, on suspicion of selling and possessing narcotics illegally.
But what McDowell drew the attention of the public is not his criminal record, but his picture of the needs of Florida Police Archives.
McDowell has an extremely wide neck, so his pictures soon became viral.
Initially it was suspected of a photomontage, but after several other 31-year-old photos were found turned out that McDowell really has a wide and strong neck.
