The military bills enabling the transformation of the Kosovo Force and Security Mission (FSK) into the military mission have been passed to the first reading in the Kosovo Assembly, but despite speculation that this process will be finalised on November 28th members of the KSF's Supervisor Commission have confirmed to “Zer” that at this date there will be no formation of the army.
Despite the three bills on transforming Kosovo's Force and Security into the military have been voted off a month ago in the first reading in the Kosovo Assembly, it is not yet known exactly when these bills will be re-elected to the Assembly for the second reading.
Directors of the Commission for Supervising the Kosovo Force and Security of Kosovo have confirmed the Voice that November 28th will not be the date for the formation of the army, as declared by state officials from Serbia who have been forming the military linked to the Flag Festival.
