The article brings a guide to Albanian restaurants, including piserina “Tradita”, owned by Ramiz Kukaj from Kosovo, which re-edemeded the restaurant and opened “what it shot”.
The restaurant menu includes kebabs and chicken meats, and such accompanying foods as ajvar with red peppers and tarators.
An important part of the menu is flour, led by pie.
