These are images of the horror from the suicide bombing in Kabul, where at least 55 people were killed during birthday celebrations of Prophet Muhammad.
One of those present at the Muslim meeting, which was recording with his telephone activity, was able to fix images of the explosion.
During the attack, at least 94 people were injured, of which 20 are in critical condition for life. It is believed that the bomb was easily planted by the authors, since event organisers had not sought security from the police.
“The victims of the attack, unfortunately, are all religious scholars who gathered to commemorate the birthday of Prophet Muhammad”, Basir Mujahed, spokesman for Kabul police chief said.
