30 days of detention for Burdush, here's his lawyer's warning.

The Constitutional Court in Prizren has approved the prosecution's request today, thus appointing Hysri Peqan, known as Burdushi, a month of detention.
Following the Basic Court's decision in Prizren, which assigned Hysri Peqan, known as Burdushi, his lawyer, Asdren Hoxha, 30 days of detention, has warned a complaint.

He has said that the Court's decision on the detention of Peqan is a criminal offence.

His decision on Burdush is ridiculous, for as he puts it, his client's work is of very small weight compared to the criminal acts, which he says many others are released.

The trial has given him 30 days in custody for Hysri Pejan. We don't agree at all, this is a decision that we will strongly accept, warn a complaint, because it's a criminal offense for what's been imposed on detention. They're funny about what we're seeing these days for what serious deeds people are being released, and in this case, they're assigned to a very small weight. Without any evidence, in my experience, I don't know if there were any more unreasonable cases than this one today, Hoxha said.

“Burdushi”, according to the prosecution, is suspected of illegal exercise of medical activity, fraud, avoid taxes and unauthorized possession of weapons.
