As Kosovo's Assembly Information Office announces, ahead of participants from various countries in the world, civil society and institutions, Wessel stressed that Kosovo has made significant steps in many areas, as well as in advancing the European agenda.
About dialogue with Serbia, its final phase, Chairman Veselini voiced Kosovo's vision of peace and co-operation to pave the way for Euro-Atlantic integrations for both countries.
“He reiterated that with the final agreement between the two countries, Kosovo would have its place in the UN, NATO and the EU, and Serbia on the other side would continue its European agenda. He also spoke of the fight against terrorism, emphasising efforts and results shown by the dedication of Kosovo institutions in this direction”, it said in the statement.
Mayor Wessel said the people in Kosovo have for years built a sound communication between themselves, not viewing ethnic and religious differences as a barrier, but as a useful value for building a democratic, developed state and for a better future.
During his visit to the Czech Republic, Chief Parliamentary Wessel will have different meetings, including Czech Senate Chairman Milan quite quite a bit.
