Uta has launched its climb expedition to the 14 highest peaks of the world “14 The Maya of the Himalayas”, where it has so far climbed to four of them.
Out of 7,200m oversea at the world's sixth highest peak, Cho Oyu, Uta has delivered a message to all citizens to become part of the country's largest campaign activities for environmental preservation “Clear Kosovo”.
“These days in Kosovo are organising shares for cleaning up Kosovo waste. I'm up to the top of the sixth top in the world today Cho Oyu. At the moment, I'm at 7,200 feet high. During my expeditions of 14 Maya, I promote Kosovo and its beauty. So today I have a message for you. To clean up, save and love Kosovo”, says Uta Ibrahimi's video message.
Expedition “14 The Maya of the Himalayas” of Uta Ibrahimi is expected to end in 2023. It will become one of 40 climbers, who by 2017 have all climbed the world's 14 highest peaks, three of which are women.
Uta, who also works as mountain guides to Kosovo, aims to become the first woman from the Balkans to have climbed all these peaks.

Numerous activities are being organized each day not only for waste disposal but also for awareness of citizens to preserve the environment.
