The trial of the accused begins with the proposal

Incumbent Minister of Innovation and Intervention Besim Beqaj, former head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo parliamentary group (PDK) Adem Grabovci and former Interior Minister Zenun Pajaziti, now deputy The PDK, in the case known as “Proto”, on October 1, 2018, along with eight other people, is expected to hear the indictment weighing down on them, reports the “Justice Trust”.
Along with Grabovci, Beqaj and Pajazit, charged in this indictment are Nijazi Kryeziu, Arbenita Pajaziti, Xhavit Dajaj, Ilhami Gashi, Sedat Gashi, Fatmir Shudaj, Ismet Neziraj and Raje Abazi.
11 defendants charged with criminal work “The violation of equal status of citizens and residents of the Republic of Kosovo in co-ordination”, of which some of the works have remained on the attempt.
The prosecution claims the defendants have misused their official positions by co-operating among themselves in granting privileges and illegal priorities to those who have competed in important positions, such as directors for central public companies, chief executive of the Agency for Internal Affairs, head of the Agency for Medical Products and Co-ordinator of the Civil Record Centre in the municipality and other positions, denying and the rights of other candidates, guaranteed by law.
A day later, on October 2, 2018, on charges of criminal acts “fraud”, “mangia from tax”, and “money laundering”, initial session is expected to be held on the current deputy of “Social Democratization”, Milaim Zeka.
Along with Zeka, Ilir Krasnqi and Edmund Krliu are part of this act.
According to the Special Prosecutor's Act, indicted Zeka and Krasniqi from 2016 until March 2017, with the aim of illegal property gains in Germany, in 02.06.2016, have registered business, such as the employment agency, where they have presented false facts about the employment of Kosovo citizens, have misled 900 applicant for working visas.
Otherwise, in this case, the prosecutor P Africa Shefkiu's SRK has proposed hearing 907 witnesses.
Zeka is currently in custody, following claims that the same in a television show has detained prosecutor Shefkiu.
Otherwise, both of these court processes are expected to begin under charges filed by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo.
