Klan Kosovo finds that this meeting will discuss the future of dialogue between the two countries, while part of the talks will also be direct recognition of the state of Kosovo from Serbia.
President Thaci, long ago along with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, had been negotiating at the Francophony Summit in Yerevan, Armenia, where it is believed that agreement was reached for the November 11th meeting in the French capital.
