The president even said that in the north of the country last weekend, he has met people who were opposed in the war.
“I have also met local Serbs, we have had very good, friendly talk, we have discussed the pre-war period, even during the war, even I can say that two or three there have been, even members of the armed conflict”, he said.
He also criticised successive governments, which he says by 2014, there are zero investments for residents to return to their properties in the country's north.
