The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, has held a meeting today with Armenia's President, Armen Sarkissian, who is the host of leaders at the 17th Francophony Summit.
President Thaci has thanked his Armenian counterpart for the excellent hospitality and organisation of the Francophony Summit, where Kosovo managed to become an associate member of the International Francophony Organisation.
President Thaci and his Armenian counterpart have discussed issues of common interest between the two states and have agreed to continue bilateral communication in the future as well.
