He even said that other figures are fakes.

But exactly the other figure had been given to Prime Minister Haradinaj, who had estimated that more than 50,000 soldiers have been in Dukagjin alone.

For the case of veterans, we should encourage justice so that the case can be reached to the end. The truth is, there are no more than 12,000 uniformed warriors, while all others are fraud, this should go through justice”, Thaci declared at the Regional Conference against Corruption.

He has estimated that Kosovo has made progress in fighting corruption, adding that many challenges remain ahead.

Kosovo has noted progress in fighting corruption and organised crime, we know the fight against crime and corruption is not easy, but we are determined to move forward. The challenges should be overcome by co-operating with the countries of the region and, at large,”, the country's president said, writes Insideer.

Thaci has asked the internationals to support Kosovo to join INTERPOL.

The INTERPOL membership would benefit not only for Kosovo but also for the losing region would only be criminalised people, I expect support from international friends”, Hashim Thaci said.
