The Foundation Court in Gjilan has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure to indictees K. R., St. R. and B. M., one month's length.
Defendant K. R., St. R. and B. M., allegedly on October 13th, with the aim of illegal property embezzlement itself, using force has committed theft at the “bar. ECC-OBET”, getting 8 television of different brands, a laptop, a computer cottage and a lot of money about 150 euros.
With these actions, the defendants in question have committed a criminal offense.
The judge of the preliminary procedure after reviewing all the subject papers has decided on the detention measure for defendants.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
