SKANDAL: Six of the ten employees in Gjilan, linked to Lutfi Haziri

Blerand Hasani à Qamili, head of the LDK woman's Forum in Malisevo, Halil Halili, son of Gnjilane Mayor and LDK supporter Avni Haziri, family head of the municipality of Gjilan, Mustafe Mustafa and Enterije Ibrahimi, supporters of LDK in Gjilan, Labinta Zylefiu, niece of QKMF's top nurse in Gjilan, are six nurses and technicians for the August 9th contest.

One of the nurses' positions at the QKMF has also been admitted to Avni Haziri, family head of the Gjilan municipality, Lutfi Haziri.

From the Gnjilan Social Health and Health Directorate competition, two position for lab technicians in the QKMF have been accepted Mustaf Mustafa and Ibrahimi's entry, who are also supporters of the LDK. Even in their profiles on the social Facebook network are photos of LDK members and photos from LDK gatherings in Gjilan in support of President Haziri.

The JNK has contacted Ilijaz, who has said there has been no impact on her niece's employment.

Gjilan deputy chairman rejects political influence in competition

Gjilan municipality Deputy Chairman Arber Ismajli has told the JNK Journal that there has been no irregularities in this competition and that they have not influenced the candidates' selection.

I had suggested to interview both the commission members and ask them if there was any influence on us as senior Communist officials in selecting any possible candidate”, says Ishmael.
The JNK has asked Ishmael about each of the persons who have family ties with Chairman Lutfi Haziri, who are employed at the QKMF, who work in the Gjilan municipality or are members or supporters of LDK.

Deputy Chairman Ishmael has admitted to knowing Halil Halili, now accepted as a nurse at the QKMF with the latest competition.

I know this guy.

While for Avni Haziri, the family of chairman Haziri, the deputy chairman of the Gjilan municipality, has declared that he may be one of the candidates selected in the last competition opened by the Directorate for Health and Social Goodness.

Even though Blerandani Hasani Qamili is chairman of the LDK woman's Forum in Malisevo, Arber Ismajli has said she knows she has been accepted but does not recognise her.

Candidates with over 10 years of work experience, off accession list

In the manner of selecting candidates for these positions, health workers who have more than 10 years of work experience are not being reconciled. Some of them have been working about 10 years at the QKMF and Gjilan QMFs, as replacements or as well as employed by temporary contracts with Caritas Kosova, which for years has made arrangements with the Gjilan municipality.

As a result of the conclusion of the agreement between Caritas Kosova and the Gjilan municipality, about 60 health workers, including doctors and nurses, remained unemployed late April of this year.

Pollsters say most of the candidates admitted to this competition have connections or are members of LDK in Gjilan.

Sabri Arifi, who had applied for the nurse's position at the QKMF, says that even though she has 12 years of work experience, she has not been one of the chosen to be the nurse.
“I have over 12 years of work experience... I worked in the QKMF, at QMF “Ramiz Cernica”, and finally in the fast aid service at Gjilan”, Arifi says.

He told the JNK Journal that most of the candidates admitted to the latest open competition by the Health Directorate are related to the LDK.

The majority of members are LDK that have been admitted to this last list”, Arifi said.
Even Muhabere Mushica, who has been working for 15 years in the nurse's position, told JNK Gazeta that none of the many years of work experience workers have been admitted to this competition.

Now the competition is out, we've hoped very much but we're not on the list, none of my colleagues who are older workers (not on the list), new workers have been accepted, it's also the right of them to work but we've got very bad”, Musica relates.
Even she pointed out that many of the accepted candidates are linked to the LDK.
Director of Health and Social Management in the Gjilan municipality, which comes from the AAK ranks, Salaami Xhemaili has stated that all legal deadlines are respected in this competition.

All legal deadlines about publishing and application are respected, the deadline for keeping the test in writing, publishing the results of the written test, oral interviews, and now having published the selection commission's decisions is an eight-day deadline for evental complaints”, Xhemaily told the JNK Journal.

Asked whether there were political influences in this competition, Xhemaili said he has not asked which subject the shortlists belong to.
