Shocking: There are explosives near Bill and Hillary Clinton's house.

Federal Police and Secret Services are investigating a suspicious package located near the home of former President Bill Clinton and his wife Hillaryt in Chappaqua, New York, broadcasting NBC News, translating Periscope in Albanian.
