Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Chief Prosecutor, Imer Beka, has told Periscope that they have submitted requests to the Constitutional Court to appoint the 30-day detention measure for Deputy Regional Development Minister Musa Cena.
Cena, who came from Ramush Haradinaj's party, was arrested last night by police, along with two other suspects for taking the power and misusing the official task.
