Land slides and floods following heavy rainfall on the Indonesian island of Sumatra have left at least 21 people dead, officials say.
11 of them were children buried in the mud when floods and floods flooded into their class in the village of Muara Saladi. Ten people are missing.
More than 500 homes in the northern and western provinces have been damaged.
The deadliest incident was in the village of Muara Saladi. The children were studying on Friday afternoon when a river came out of bed and broke down their classroom wall.
“The students were buried in mud and class wall,”- A spokesman said.
The search-saving teams found their bodies a few hours later. And at least one child is in the middle of 10 o'clock.
Evacuations are taking place in many areas, but affected villages are in the mountains, and arrivals there are difficult because of damaged roads.
Other incidents:

Four villagers died after landslides hit about 100 buildings in Sibolga.
- The floods killed four others in the Tanah Datar district.
