According to ReportTV, at the request of Rexhep Rhaja, the Socialist MP's son, Appeals has recorded the request for his release from prison.
Rexhep Rheja was chained on September 30th 2018 to the prosecution of former girlfriend Gisiel Maloku's persecution, while after two weeks he seeks freedom.
Justice Hope Becaj will consider the freedom course requirement submitted since 8 October, while investigations into this file are still open by prosecutor Mirela Kapo.
On the other hand, it is Gisiela Maloku, who says that she and Rexhepi had only jealous relations and that he had mistreated and that everything she said in the media was fiction.
