MP Donika Cadaj-Bujupi, backed by the 7 deputies signatories from the AAK Parliamentary Group, proposed the Resolution for Child Additions, writes Periscopi.
“Every child in Kosovo of 0 to 16 enjoy additions every month, starting from 10 euros then according to budget and budget opportunities, and the number of children in the family to grow and add”, Cadaj Buyup said during the presentation of the Resolution.
This was supported by MPs in the hall and Labour and Social Management Minister Skender Recica.
The minister stressed that this debate, which concerns the merit treatment of children and the treatment of the welfare and future of children, is coming when we as minister are at the end of a bill that will include additions.
This will be a year of reforms, because many issues affecting the social welfare of children and citizens need reforms. It shouldn't be the nature of the budget. We have a report that we have 16 thousand less kids in schools and that's disturbing. Child extensions participated in one of the pension social schemes. We're working on drafting the document for pension schemes. We need to be careful about harmonising policies and laws helping children and lehoneat”, Minister Recica has said.
This proposal was not voted because of the lack of deputies in the hall and was once again addressed by MP Donika Kadai Buyupi.
Regardless of how symbolic the sum will start at 10 euros, we will try on the basis of budgetary opportunities that this additional amount will be as large as possible. I hope that at the next session we will have the harmonised resolution and other MPs present, because it is a pity that the two parliamentary groups have boycotted the session and did not vote on such an important and vital proposal that is a national strategy for the country's future. /Periscopi/.
