With the fact that Macedonia's Assembly now begins with reviewing constitutional changes, we invite leaders to build on party policies and take advantage of this historic opportunity to enable the country to have a bright future as an all-powerful member of Western institutions”, the American State Department statement said after holding the referendum in Macedonia.
