He has said the PSD cannot have stable ideas unless they have powerful democratic and democratic organisation.
Moliqaj said the 27 PSD offices will be on the entire territory of Kosovo, asking citizens to join their effort, which he described as sincere.
While PSD organising secretary Naim Jakaj has said this party has to offer citizens political and public commitment for social development.
