After trying to justify the son of Shpend Maxhun, who was found without permission and drugs, the prosecution has now decided to handle the case. Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Deputy Prosecutor Ibrahim Berisha has said they will soon prosecute the subject in court.
On the weekend, when the media reported that on October 12th, Save Maxhunt, son of AKI chief Shpend Maxhunt, was found in the car with no permission and narcotics of marijuana type, prosecutors and police tried to clear the suspect whose case had initially been silent.
Police, in the October 12th report, had stressed that a suspect has been caught with illegal weapons and drugs. Furthermore, police and prosecutors claimed that neither weapons nor narcotics were of Shpend Maxhun's son but of two others.
Kosovo police had not prosecuted the criminal prosecution, as suspects were interviewed.
And now the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Prosecutor's Office says police have handed him over to the Criminal Prosecution over the case of Shpend Maxhunt's son.
We're conducting investigations. Now the prosecutor of the case is taking all necessary actions. Penal call has come to the DA. We're looking at it and then we're going to send it to Court“, Berisha told the Express.
He has indicated that the prosecutor of the case is looking into opportunities to reintervise Maxime and two other persons who in police have claimed responsibility for the weapon without permission and narcotics.
And, finding weapons and narcotics at a 20-year-old, it would be just another case going into Kosovo Police regular procedures, as if he were not the son of chief of AKI and if the Prosecutor's Police did not change the facts after a week when such a case was made public by the media.
At Rescue Maxhuni, son of the chief of AKI, Shpend Maxhunt, on October 12th, while driving his grandfather-owned car, guns were found without permission and narcotics of marijuana.
In the police report on the day when the police had detained the Maxun Rescue, it was reported on a suspect who had been found guns and drugs in a car in Zlatar. While the suspect was released in the media as Shpend Maxhun's son, police explained that neither weapons nor narcotics were the Rescues, but that both other people were with him in the car.
The police unit during the search of male K-Albanian suspect has found and confiscated a four-round pistol and a knife”, said the report earlier 10 days ago.
Kosovo police had initially failed to hand over criminal outcry to the prosecution, until it was reported by the media. Afterwards, institutions were mobilised to “size” of the son of Shpend Maximus. In the police's commentary report, released a week after the case, it was said that the Maxhunes' cousin claimed the weapon was his, while the other person in the car took over the possession of the substance.
There were three people in the car, he was led by the son of Shpend Maximus, and the gun jacket was Rinor's. His cousin Jr. has declared that the jacket and the weapon without permission was his, according to the latest information I received. Drugs from the type of marijuana found in cigarettes have been found by another person who was outside the vehicle, when checked, found him”, had declared media investigative organs several days after the case happened. /Express
