The prosecution explains the night Muhammad Osman was killed after multiple clashes

About ten months after the incident, the State Prosecutor claims to have resolved the dilemma of Muhamet's murder. In her indictment, the prosecution calls the incident an accident murder, since Ylber Zecol, for the same, was responsible.

The incident describes that Ylber Zekoli had started a clash with Sadat Latifi while he was shooting the latter with the pistol cone the gun had accidentally fired.

While indictee Ylber Zekoli's defender, lawyer Naser Soopyan received remarks over the appointment of criminal acts against his defender.

In relation to my defense, we have a dilemma or a plea. Maybe we'd gone to an admission of guilt if it was legal in relation to criminal acts. The actual description does not match the description of the work. I think this actual description is about a whole different piece of work”, attorney Soopyan said.

He said that if the prosecution was to rescind the criminal act, his defense would immediately be declared in connection with guilt.

“If the prosecution did a review now in accordance with the facts of the case, with evidence and materials that the prosecution itself owns, which is no legal obstacle because it would only contribute to justice, we would be declared today, on the admission of guilt”, the lawyer added.

Soopjan asked the chairman of the court, Judge Anita Krasniqi-Penaj, that due to his long-term period of protection, his detention measure or that the same be replaced with the measure of house arrest, but that such a request was rejected by the head of the court.
