(8 years ago)Kosovo's Special Prosecutor, has filed charges against six persons for alleged terrorism, are B. B? ; R.C. ; A. A; L. M; and E.H. The prosecution reports that against defendants B. B? R.K. and G. The S. has filed charges because of criminal work “the preparation of terrorist acts or criminal acts against the Constitutional Order and the Security of the Republic [...]
The defendants are B. B? ; R.C. ; A. A; L. M; and E.H.
The prosecution reports that against defendants B. B? R.K. and G. The US, has pressed charges because of criminal activity “the preparation of terrorist acts or criminal acts against the Constitutional Order and Security of the Republic of Kosovo”, separately to the B.B. indictees, is for criminal work “relief in carrying out terrorism”.
Meanwhile, against defendant E. H, the Special Prosecutor has filed charges because of the criminal act “preparation of terrorist acts or criminal acts against the Constitutional Order and Security of the Republic of Kosovo.
And against defendants A.A. and L. M, PSRK, has filed charges because of criminal activity “do not announce criminal acts or their superiors”, and separately to the L.M. defendants also because of criminal activity “possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons.
