Conclusions for access to constitutional changes have been approved, and the government in the 15-day term must prepare draft amendments and deliver Parliament.
After the debate over the proposal ended, Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi explained that the change of the Constitution to the session, which must be held Monday, will need a two-thirds majority of the vote.
