The prosecution through a communique says that after the completion of the investigation into allegations of production and the circulation of harmful food items, it has filed four acts against four suspected persons and against legal persons, for criminal work “production and the circulation of harmful food items”.
The defendants, as responsible persons within the legal person, have, with the aim of selling, put in circulation food items, meat and meat products, respectively, that they have known are harmful to people's health. Also, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, against one of the defendants, has filed charges also for the criminal act “Candor” by Article 185 paragraph 3 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”, the communiqué reportedly.
