Pressed session against Peter Nocaj, Prosecution negotiates guilty plea

The trial hearing against Peter Nocaj has been postponed for October 31st, and the prosecution has agreed to negotiate the plea agreement by Noecaj that killed wife Valbona and his daughter.

The prosecutor has agreed to negotiate the plea agreement proposed by Nocaj's defence.

Prosecutor Agron Matyan after reading the indictment has demanded Peter Nocaj's sentence.

Before the defendant was declared, his defense lawyer, Fehmije Zhubi, said that I am sorry that this tragic event has taken place for what he expressed condolences for the loss of family members. This tragic event has also struck my defense”.
