President's boat sinks a minister

There is “finished” a minister, President Hashim Thaci's boat that sailed last weekend to Lake Weyman. Abelard Tahiri is on the verge of leaving the government.

Developments related to the lake have exposed problems within the Democratic Party (PDK), the subject belonging to the justice minister and led by Thaci until the country's president. Besides Tahiri, Finance Minister Bedri Hamza is expected to quit, who also participated in the unprecedented visit of the head of state to the lake that Serbia intends to put within its territory through the agreement intended to reach the final phase of dialogue with Kosovo. Both ministers were attached to Thaci, without announcing Kadri Veselin, who is formally chairman of PDK.

That day, in Pristina, the Vetevendosje (LVV), the subject in opposition, has organised one of the largest post-war protests. The protest was against the president's idea of “correction” of the border, via dialogue with Serbia. “correction” is seen as euphemism for the exchange of territories.
