Police evidence detected for weapons and drugs in Shpend Maxhun's son's car

Tests in the substance indicate that Maxhun did not deny that the jackna was his and the gun was found inside it. He said in the police statement the gun was of his friend who had forgotten it in the car a few hours ago.

That statement had been fulfilled by the suspect Rinor Maxhun, who had gone to the police officer who admitted that the gun was his and that he had found the same a few days earlier at the Germia park under a seat. He had claimed the gun was a match.

No one has given details before the police why the illegal weapon was reported to the police if they decided to carry it in their car and in their clothes.

The police file claims that a cigarette and marijuana mill had been discovered on the back floor of the car.

Substance, according to the criminal record, belongs to Arlind Kosumi. The investigation into this case has already been carried into the drug unit.

The other suspect, Rinor Maxhun, the cousin of Shpend Maxhun's son, had declared to the police that the gun that was found in the car of Shpend Maximus's son had found in the Germia park, precisely at the seat and that he had initially thought it was a match.

Criminal speculation in the case has been handed over to Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor 7 days after the event had occurred, while all statements were taken the night the incident took place and October 15th.

Police have given no additional clarifications about why this delay had occurred, apart from the fact that in its communiqué it was done for investigative purposes.
