The institutional leaders, without President Thaci, have proposed a 6-point draft resolution, with the main principles of Kosovo's participation in the dialogue.
They are contrary to determining President Thaci's borders, claiming to join Kosovo the Valley of Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanoc.
