At Munich Security Conference, which is running works in Minsk, Belarus, I have talked about developments in Kosovo and the region. I stressed that now is the time for reaching an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. An agreement that is internationally binding. A comprehensive agreement, which implies mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia. The leadership in Kosovo and Serbia wants such an agreement, the EU wants it and is working towards reaching this agreement and, now, without speculation, we all need to move forward. HTH
