Four councils were illegally appointed by Behgjet Pacolli, minister of foreign affairs. One of them is a member of the party's leadership leading the government, the other candidate for mayor of a political subject in the coalition, a consul had earlier failed to become ambassador, while the other is only 23.
The newspaper has secured on Tuesday the decisions signed by Pacolli for these four new councils: Kadri Balan, Lutfi Bilalin, Geraldina Rexhepi and Modesta Imer writes today “Koha Ditore”.
None of them had crossed the course of promotion that the law foretold. This has prompted the Union Foreign Service Association to react, under which, through illegal decisions, Pacolli has further deepened the politicisation of the diplomatic chorus.
Lutfi Bilall has been appointed consul on October 15th. He is scheduled to serve in the Kosovo Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany, for a four-year term. The new job, according to the decision, should be started by the beginning of this month.
