Kosovo Assembly MP from the Kosovo Democratic League ranks Vjosa Osmani has sharply criticised the country's president, Hashim Thaci, for his plan for “border correction” between Kosovo and Serbia.
Osmani has said Thaci is being served with an idea from Serbia for partitioning Kosovo.
This idea, according to her, exists in Serbia since the time of academic Dobrica Cossic.
Osmani has said they must continue popular, peaceful protests against Thaci's plan, while ordering that the anthem of the Republic of Kosovo be heard in the next demonstration.
It has been alarmed that if Thaci stops, “within months could reopen the Kosovo status issue”.
A frozen conflict could arise, Osman has warned at T7.
