Lowering the quality of service for consumers is one of the main problems facing Cable Operators in different Kosovo municipalities, Kosovo's Afarism Association representatives said at the meeting with representatives of Ipko Cable Operators, OrangeNet and Memory.
“The setting of public lighting on city streets ignoring European standards, which result in the release of the magnetic field going through cables of cable operators is affecting lowering the quality of service, which, in addition to hurting businesses simultaneously, is hurting consumers”, was said by IPKO Lavdrim Sadiku's representative.
He added that even though they have held meetings with the director of the Ferizaj municipality's public services, where they agreed that Cable operators will buy the necessary filters while deciding to be made by the contractor for public enlightenment, this agreement is falling into water after not being respected.
Vedat Morina representative of OrangeNet said the Cable Operators are carrying out their lost activity as a result of the problems they are facing. He added that in addition to the client's injury resulting from poor quality of service, lack of grounding is also affecting the damage to equipment and injuries to workers, which is considered the biggest damage.
In addition to Ferizaj's municipality, we are facing this problem in other municipalities, including Pristina, Fushe Kosova, Obilqi, Shtrpca, Kacanik, etc., and for which necessary steps must be taken”, Rekall representative Amir Kransqi added.
OAK Board Chairman Skender Krasniqi stressed that Oda will support any demand that affects improving the business-making climate in Kosovo, adding that engagement will not be lacking even for the problem addressed.
As the statement to the media announces, Krasniqi identified steps OAK will take on the case and stressed that he believes success in resolving this problem will not be lacking.
Kosovo's Afarism Oda at this meeting was represented by: Board Chairman Skender Krasniqi, Diamond Board Secretary Elshani, board member Hysni Zogaj and official Mirjet Shala.
