Two tears (part) of the tender “Signaling and maintaining equipment on the regional and national roads of the Republic of Kosovo” has been confirmed by the Procuration Research Organisation ( They've been illegally granted. Such an OCH thing, known as the “tender rules”, has been recorded for more than 3 weeks today, Koha Ditore writes.
The Ministry of Infrastructure has recommended that the institution reevaluate the bids. But this minister didn't do that.
Friday's OP issued a warrant. The order forces the Ministry to carry out the preliminary decision.
The entire 2.2-million tender, according to the OSEP, has been proved illegal.
