This is the IMF treaty on medium-range nuclear weapons signed in 1987 by Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev, and this for the NATO chief is “a cornerstone for European security”.
Atlantic Alliance member states suspect Moscow is violating this treaty with its 9M729 missile system.
