Mayor Shpend Ahmeti, in his position displayed on the social network “Facebook” said that the municipality was involved with new buses in parts of the city where they had profits, especially on the “Murrem Feyza” and at “Calabriabra” (at Economic School), writes Koha Ditore today.

The request is for the new buses to be pulled out of Calabria and the Hospital Quarter, because they had their old buses on these” lines, Ahmeti said.
He has counted several reasons, according to him, for the municipality to put new buses on the lines around which private public transportation companies staged a series of protests.
He has said that first “Urban Traffic” has reported to subcontractors several times over recent years that new buses will replace the old. Then the neighborhood “Calabria” and the hospital neighborhood have made hundreds of requests for public transportation. And there's a lot of lines going through some of the same streets.
