The last state that has recognised Kosovo's independence in February of this year is Barbados. No new recognition of the country has been provided for eight months. The Republic of Kosovo was eight months old, not a new state has recognised after recognising Barbados who had come two days before the 10th anniversary of Independence festival, respectively, on February 15th of this year.
