The tasks and responsibilities of the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning are set out with regulation No.02/2011 for the areas of administrative responsibility of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministers changed and complete with regulation No.14/2017, with regulation no. 15/2017 and rule number 16/2017.
