It has failed without starting court hearings against Social Democrat Initiative MP Milaim Zeka and businessmen Edmond Krliu and Ilir Krasniqi on charges of fraud and tax evasion.
Indictee Milaim Zeka as being in custody has not been brought to court, Koha Ditore reports.
The court has failed to eventually submit the warrant for conduct by the detention of Zeka.
Today's session has failed and is scheduled for October 29th.
